I don't use this for viruses—I use it in my small welding shop to cut down on metal fume exposure when I'm not using my big respirator. It creates a nice curtain of clean air.

I was worried about air quality in my baby's room but didn't want a bulky machine with cords and bright lights. this one is perfect—small, battery-powered (no cord hazards), and no filters to replace (no ongoing costs). It covers the 10 square meter nursery easily. It's whisper quiet and has no distracting lights. I charge it during the day and run it all night. Peace of mind, simplified.

I work a 10-hour shift standing at a trade show booth. The device works amazingly for filtering out the "convention center air" (carpet dust, food smells, etc.). However, by hour 8, I do feel the weight on my neck. It's not heavy per se, but you notice it after a long day. I wish there was an even lighter model for people who need to wear it for extremely long periods. Still a great product.
